HELLA describes body actuators as compact electric drives for automated movements, for example locking, opening or adjusting. It is an executive component other than a sensor that only submits a measurement. [1]

For a specific part specify the course, strength, fastening and handling according to the application. The common name "motor" is not enough. When a mechanism is not moving, the cause may be in different places along the chain of control and mechanics. Do not choose a substitute only in approximately similar dimensions or sound when triggered.
