Git mv: a rename still needs a commit

Useful to know

git mv moves or renames a tracked path and updates the index on success. It combines the working steps needed for that change. [1]

It does not automatically fix code references to the old name. Review imports, configuration and case sensitivity on the target system. Inspect the staged diff afterwards: a new on-disk name does not establish that every use has been migrated.
