If the feather moves, but liquid does not reach the glass, this does not prove an automatically burnt pump. The level, the fluid path, and the control circuit are different parts of the system. Describe exactly whether the problem is in the front, back, or both. This detail is more useful for checking than the general "cleaners do not work".
