The Bosch Lane centering assist uses a camera to determine the boundaries and position of the vehicle in the lane. After activation, the function continuously assists in staying in it. [1]

This distinguishes it from a warning that only vibrates when deflected. When comparing equipment, check how the function is activated and what limits it recognizes. The presence of centering does not make the car self-driving. Bosch explicitly leaves the responsibility for the movement to the driver and the ability for him to take over. Do not convey the impression of a demonstration on all road and weather conditions.
